Arminius Bucher
Chief Financial Officer
Arminius Bucher is the Chief Financial Officer of Anal Dysplasia Clinic MidWest. He has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and his expertise in finance, accounting and practice management has helped the practice grow and thrive.
Arminius is a graduate of Max Hachenburg Business College in in Mannheim, Germany and received his BA in Business and Business Law. He began his career in the travel industry with over 10 years of hotel management where he gained experience in a variety of areas, including customer service, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
In 2008, Arminius and Dr. Bucher developed a business plan to create a private medical practice to evaluate and treat HPV-related anal disease and to prevent anal cancer. Arminius improved the practice financial performance by implementing new systems and processes that have streamlined operations to make it the premier Center of Excellence it is today. Arminius is also a strong advocate for the practice’s mission of providing high-quality, affordable specialty care to everyone in the community.
In his younger days, Arminius excelled in singular sports like rowing, swimming and extreme mountain biking. He even got certified to fly as a solo hang-glider. Arminius and Dr. Bucher are devoted to their rescue dog, Tucker. They continue to enjoy world travel and are constantly looking for the next destination to explore.
Veva Riley
Director of Operations and Marketing
Veva has 20+ years of leadership experience in operations, facilities management, strategic planning, staffing, resource allocation, budgeting, compliance, and training to partner as a viable team member for organizational success. Her career expands over several industries including healthcare, compliance, marketing, entertainment, and finance. A seasoned and successful people expert with a consistent record of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and employee mentorship, with a reputation for building strong relationships with customers and clients resulting in retention and company loyalty. She is passionate about helping her clients learn strategies they need to succeed no matter what the marketplace does. Veva is a leadership expert who delivers high-energy keynote presentations that challenge audiences to leverage their focus and pay attention to what matters most at work and in life. Audiences love her practical strategies they can apply personally and professionally. Oh, did we mention that Veva was born in California, but was brought up in Chicago? Why does that matter? Well, it means that she is passionate about diversity in life and on her plate, making room for all types of friends, colleagues and embracing all things avocado and pizza equally.
