Johanny Martinez

Front Office Coordinator

Johanny has over 20 years of customer service, billing, and receptionist experience.  She is well versed when it comes to speaking on the phone, directing calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating activities in the office.  Johanny has great interpersonal and problem-solving skills and excels at multi-tasking.  Even when its busy, Johanny remains calm while handling multiple responsibilities at once to ensure efficiency.  She goes above and beyond her daily duties to ensure that our patients have a positive experience.  Johanny is bilingual and as a native of the Dominican Republic, she shares her sunny disposition with everyone she meets.  Johanny is a dog lover and a self-confessed foodie and fashionista.

Medical Assistants Team

At ADC MidWest we have a team of highly trained medical assistants who love the opportunity to work with our patients.  Our medical assistants are passionate about getting to know our patients and their families.  Helping others is at the core of what they do. Each medical assistant strives to put a smile on their patients face and to help them feel at ease during their visit.  These valuable team members help to make a positive impact by improving each patient’s overall quality of life one person at a time.
